The Historic Dawson House Lodge was built in 1929 to serve the new Hwy 97 travelers & serve as a boarding house for railroad & highway workers. Since that time, the building has been highly upgraded/renovated & features 9 rooms, all with their own bathrooms. The largest of the suites has a full kitchenette as well. Every room has outside access to the covered deck, great to shield from the snow & bright sunshine. The building has natural gas & 400 amps of power, more than enough for current demands. Parking is excellent w/room for over 30 vehicles & several tractor trailers. On the main level travelers are greeted by a cozy lobby w/seating, coffee, a fireplace, & high-speed internet. The entire property is served by Starlink & each room has a TV, fridge, & microwave. The owner's quarters are generous & in good condition. The shop outside has lots of utility, 2 12' roll up doors & a heated rec area w/linens storage. Only 30 minutes from Crater Lake & the opportunities are endless.
